It is within the exclusive 5-star accommodation venue, Dun Aluinn that a bespoke Braco Designs kitchen awaits to cater for the lucky guests who look to experience their own escape to the highlands. With butler, concierge and catering services to hand, an exceptional handmade kitchen was required to meet the needs of the venue’s team of chefs, who use their high-quality culinary skills to create the most delicious dishes from local produce.
Nestled in the Scottish countryside, overlooking the town of Aberfeldy, we were delighted to introduce our Ardoch Range in this space to fit the brief of this sleek, contemporary kitchen in a special walnut finish with oak interiors. The worktop featured a special shark nose detail to complete the space, ensuring a unique property remains as such. A truly bespoke design and manufacture was required to meet with the guest's extremely high expectations of this remarkable venue and it is no surprise that this project has been featured in the world’s finest publications, such as Elle Decoration. “This modern ode to late Victorian living continues in the kitchen with a design that riffs on a traditional scullery kitchen with simple shelves above and open shelves below, with a nod to the contemporary with the addition of a walnut veneer. It had to have two functions: be able to host a caterer and also be functional for everyday living. A local kitchen company, Braco Designs, did an excellent job merging the two so that it feels like a piece of furniture that simply blends in with the house”
