And it was this view that particularly impressed Lee Collins of Braco Designs when the owners asked him to come up with ideas for a new bathroom.”

“Braco Designs were charged with the mammoth task of bringing back to life an old carding and spinning mill that had been placed on the buildings at risk register and was close to being derelict. The building held over 200 years’ worth of history, so it was key to preserve as many original features as possible.
The result is an incredible renovation, to an extremely high standard. The Old Mill has been painstakingly transformed and elevated by a company who understood the history of the building, and how that history could and should be preserved.”

Drummonds of London

“This lovely, detached Victorian-style home takes up residence in Aberdeenshire, Scotland and all of the bathrooms and kitchen were designed by Braco Designs.
The spare bedroom within the house has been transformed by the owner into a master bathroom, utilising the high ceilings and spectacular bay window. Featuring within this room is our copper Tyne bath tub. A double Lowther stands opposite the glorious Tyne bath, adorned with rectangular tilt mirrors and double Derwent fluted shades, all in a timeless nickel finish.”
